Drumline Queen to Homecoming Dream; Frankie Snapp

As homecoming approaches, one of the candidates to keep an eye on is Frankie Mae Snapp. Frankie is super involved in our school, participating in the National Honor Society (NHS), Future Farmers of America (FFA), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Student Council, basketball, softball, band, and 4-H.

When we asked her what being a homecoming candidate means to her, she said, “It is a good way to cap off my senior year and spend time with my classmates. It shows that I have hopefully positively impacted the school.” She clearly values her time here and the friendships she’s built.

Looking ahead, Frankie has college plans. She wants to continue her education in a program that offers pre-physical therapy, aiming to get into physical therapy school and eventually earn her certification. It’s great to see her thinking about the future!

Frankie’s favorite high school memory? Spending time with friends and making memories. She especially loves having a class where her dad teaches, as it’s a special time for her.

If she could spend a day with any historical figure, Frankie would choose Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. She thinks he’s a great, funny, and cool family man, which is pretty relatable!

If she wrote a book about her high school experience, she’d call it Here We Go Again. That title captures her attitude perfectly as she wraps up her senior year.

As we get ready for homecoming, let’s support Frankie Mae Snapp and all the candidates who have made a positive impact on the Republic County schools.
